Oh -- regarding casters: can't link on YouTube but a search on eBay for a "drum dolly for 55 gallon drum" pulled up several options for under $50. Stainless steel for $115.

If you want a water pan, amazingribs,com in their smoker reviews suggests getting a Weber 7420 Gourmet BBQ System Sear Grate Set to be used as a lower grate below the food, and dropping a water bowl in the center opening.
