this goes to the people commenting: those of you saying miley was just holding the pole she's growing and blah and that all teenagers do that you are dead wrong. Most of the teenagers that would do that are wild and using get to do or wear whatever they want. Dressing the way she was is not a definition of growing up. And she's not grown she's just turned 17 and she was sixteen at the time she is a freakin minor. You don't need to dress skimpy to entertain.
