Sorry to ask this guys but I'm just getting into the mars volta. First I liked the persons more than the music, but now i'm also loving the music. But my question, what's the song that's being played right after the introduction?
-
so what is amputechture seeing as they covered their answer with their own music?
-
@ButterflyGuilded okay so you believe in the new wave movement then? i've been researching all about that stuff (ascension, energy changing form, pleidiens, etc.) and although i find it interesting, it's all really still too hard to believe (fully). then again, i sometimes believe it. is there proof of these claims (n.w.m. and nwo)? how did this new movement get started?
-
@leraginasian Well firstly, the NWO is designed to fail. There have been mini versions of it throughout history and they consistently fail every time. I don't believe the world will ever truly 'end', (energy never dies, it simply changes form) and even if something were catastrophic enough to kill everyone, there is nothing to fear in the world beyond this one, we simply ascend to a higher plain.
-
@ButterflyGuilded what do you think about all of these end of the world ideas? do you think any of them could actually be true?
-
@leraginasian I know! I couldn't believe that at the end! TMV is fighting the NWO :)

I could actually listen to Cedric talk about music, vocabulary, talking boards, movies or anything else all day and he wouldn't lose my attention. Its so hard to believe these two have no education or musical tuition.. I wonder where they've learnt about shakespeare and latin nevermind the complex musical concepts they seem to stumble upon.
