If you are willing to spend just a couple of minutes and look on the internet, such visions and appearance of God's proves that God is merciful even to those who are being prevented from hearing the gospel (google:muslims appearance of christ). Many locationis Islam has made illegal sharing Jesus at the point of death. Not fair? How will these be judged if they don't have the chance. God has been bypassing this and choosing to show up rather than use the normal person to person method.
