Just because it's recorded as a KO doesn't mean that's what it is...
Plenty of things get called incorrectly, they're humans making the calls after all...
and if you look at the post-fight footage, you can see that Rampage has a large cut over his left eye. And i said earlier, Arona was hit on the chin with the headbutt, an area that is much less susceptible to being cut than the forehead.
regardless, it was a great slam, but there was definite head to chin contact at the end.
