猫がいつもと違う行動をしていたので撮影してたらその15分後に大きな地震がきました。
国内観測史上最大級の地震、東北地方太平洋沖地震です。
福島県会津若松市です。(マップはおおよその位置です。)
この揺れは、全て最初の地震です。

But we find new problem, it is hard to let the people in car know the warning and it is useless if it goes black out. TT Also, Tsunami censor is washed out by Tsunami, and mobile phone warning system got crashed and useless at the moment of the earthquake.

I used to live in Tokyo. It still amazes me that they can pick up and broadcast this sort of precise information even before the earthquake has finished, including the location of the epicentre. Mind you, that was a very long earthquake.

うちで飼ってたわんこは予知してなかったみたい（´・ω・`）地­震がきてすぐ停電と断水、暗い夜に聴こえてくるラジオからは悲惨­なニュース...怖かった
