I had another one of these TVs and it had a screen similar to those motion photo cards and it looked like the images on the screen were moving but I ended up taking it apart b/c i did that a lot in my childhood days.

WD-40 to the music box parts will loosen it up as long as its not rusted. BTW i had this same exact TV when i was young, I wish i still had it as of today as if it didnt work id make a very cool toy retro LCD TV and play video games on it.
