I am thoroughly enjoying Nativity Story this Christmas morning. I am genuinely surprised at how good this movie is. Very happily surprised. I didn't think they made movies like this anymore.

The Nativity Story explicitly depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary as 1) subject to original sin; and 2) committing a mortal sin of divination (palm reading). This is the height of blasphemy and Satan grins as thousands of well-meaning Christians watch this film in preparation for the holidays.

@jeffhardyluvr4life The Bible clearly states that "all have fallen short of the glory of God" Not a single human being is sinless and the Bible makes that very clear and Jesus' conception was immaculate not Mary or May's conception. what Bible do you read?

I love the fact they added 'Carol of the Bells' that is one of my favorite Christmas songs and there has been speculation about whether or not is is about Christ or not, and the movie doesn't prove that it is, but I like to believe that it was written with Jesus in mind! For what happens when a King is born? When the heir to a kingdom is born? Bells ring throughout the entire kingdom for all those to hear the 'Good News'!!

@A1truth, I have to agree with you, and that's true, because I remember reading about it in the bible, and also I just love this movie, it's unbelievable, wonderful, and awesome too, I remember going with a friend to the local movie theater, when this movie was in theaters, and I was mezmerized by this movie, and it was unbelievable, and also I think that the girl that played the virgin mary is so beautiful and lovely too, and also the guy that played joesph is so handsome.
