It's been a long time since my friend, Chris and I sparred, so we decided to do so for a bit one day. Before anyone comments, keep in mind that we're just having a friendly match. We're obviously not making any serious contact, and we're using a lot of control. There's a lot of moves used here where we're not even trying to hit, such as when I'm doing my spinning kicks. I purposely avoided contact with those kicks and just aimed at the head. We weren't looking to knock each other out. Both Chris and I know what would have hit or not had it been a real match. We're just testing out and experimenting with some moves here. Both of us compete in point sparring tournaments, so this was good practice for that. Chris and I know each other well, so when we do go at it we tend to go a long time without getting points on each other because we know each others' moves from years of practicing together. The match you're watching here is mostly for fun, and I don't think either of us got competitive at all. Just having fun at the park doing martial arts :) We had a second practice spar a few minutes later, which I've also posted up.
This video is also posted on Chris' channel.

I'm hoping to have more martial arts related, and personal videos here in the future. Trying to get more familiar with video editing so I can do more to better express myself on my channel.
