@bbyangelx BTW, Li Ya's release is NOT the most difficult, not by a long shot.
-
yes but we're talking about strictly release moves.
-
@bbyangelx elena produnova has the most difficult vault in all history of WOMENS gymnastics, the handspring double front. most difficult release is the def and the shushunova, lots of gymnasts are good twisters.
-
Well, you forget that He Kexin does a pirouette in front of the jaegar half.
Hence, E+E+D which is even harder than F+E because it is three really hard elements combined.
-
that's right except in the case of a D+D where the both elements are flight elements (as opposed to one element being flight and one being pirouette or in bar work), in that case the connection value is 0.2
-
I think on bars, D+D is only 0.1 but E+D is 0.2. I might not be right though.
-
is a D+D or E+D two tenths in connectin value??
-
yes, shame she missed that connection at the 2007 worlds and cost her a medal
-
buuuuuuuuuuut tweddle also does toethecatchev + pak, which is E +D right??
-
okey okey
no offence but the chinese gymnast are the greatest.
1. Li Ya has the most difficult release on UB
2. Cheng Fei has the difficult vault in all history of gymnastics
3. Pang panpan's amazing twisting on floor
and yes all three of them was able to beat the american gymnast be over well 3/10 of a point.

Li Ya does a Jaegar with a half twist connected to another Jaegar. It is a E+D combination, harder than Tweddle's D+D.
