Great skit....sadly though, those freedoms are being stripped away as the masses wander blindly as if everything is okay. The majority of this nation has forgotten God, and we all know Scripture records..."Woe to the nation that forgets God". Yep that freedom these days is truly beginning to smell like Chlorine. Perhaps lighter fluid. Maybe even oil mixed with Benezene and Corexit. Keep up the good work guys...while we still have the freedom.

@iamleebob God has blessed America because America was founded on Christian principles, and our nation used to obey God and hold up his principles, until the Liberals came, but you see right now our economy is going down the trash, that is discipline from God because our nation is becoming more of a mockery than a leader, right now financially China owns us, so God doesnt pick favorites, he loves us all equally, what does matter is that we obey him

@MrTTaylor25 you look at it that way, but i see god telling me "know me, live with me, and live eternity with me." hell is so bad not because of punishment, but just because it means complete separation from god. as Christians believe we can live heaven on earth by knowing god, they also believe you can live hell on earth, by turning away from him. but during that time there are so many distraction in this world that really divert your attention from the fact that you are miserable inside.

@iamleebob we cannot each be passionately loved if our individuality is disregarded and we are all treated as if our uniqueness meant nothing to God. Our needs, our abilities, and our dreams differ markedly from each other. If a father loves his three children equally, he is compelled to treat them differently, according to their varying needs. Same goes with countries.

What concerns me the most about this sentiment of God Bless America is that it seems to be singular. Did God Bless America at the expense of other countries? We have freedoms due to sacrifice. But I think that it is short sighted to suggest that God has blessed one country over another, as though one is more favored. God created all countries and all lives within it, so rather than God Bless America, wouldn't God Bless us All be more accurate and a true embodiment of God's love?
