Yeah, unfortunately I missed the powerup, AND the E tank but I was playing this for the first time on my wooden harddrive.

Is the game THIS slow? Or is it just your computer? Graphics an d music are nice, but gameplay-wise, this game "suck's ass from straw"!

@1:07 you can use your Rapid-Fire buster to rebound shots off of the Joe's shield and hit the copterbot. Also, you can kick or uppercut the Joe's grenades back at them.

Looks like a cross between Street Fighter and Classic Megaman in a classic graphics version of an X stage. Aside from the slow movement due to the computer, I like :D
