i dont know why but i tried the mind grear pr-2x and it scared the shit out of me! i had to take it off in the 1st 2 minutes, the sounds scared me. its like aliens... how does it help?

LOL.. I guess its not for everyone. I helps me in the same I guess an isolation tank would help or rapid eye treatment. It somehome works with the coordination of the brainwaves. If it scares you dont do it. Thanks for the post!

Yes It works quite well. Its an older model but it has a bunch of different program settings. Some for sleep,stimulation and a bunch others. I dont use it all the time but its a nice way to slow myself down so i can think straight..lol... thanks for askin...Jeff
