Next dash is only in Gundam vs Gundam Next (Plus for psp) which is out now and I should be getting it soon. There is a code for cwcheat that imitates next dash.

well how do you do the other melle attacks do you press triangle + square or something

Most units perform melee attacks by melee (triangle default) and melee + boost (triangle + cross default). Some units such as Exia and GP02 can do melee attacks with subweapon (R or triangle + square default).
