Not terribly religious, and I've never been one to affiliate with any specific belief system, but this song certainly gets you thinking, which is a strange concept in contemporary culture.

It certainly has opened my eyes to the possibility of an afterlife. The forces of death cannot simply win 100% of the time.

@gooseaskreply I believe the date of the show was either late 1993 or early1994.Petra had just released their new album Beyond Belief.The Newsboys were in Fredericksburg because they were still part of Street Cry,where early christian bands came together and played every weekend to a mostly secular audience.

I got to see PETRA at the Patriot Center in Virginia.They opened the show for the NEWSBOYS. Awesome message Awesome show. They shot lazers through stained glass windows into the audience. There were more unsaved than Christians at the show . In the middle of the show at altar call over 3,000 men and women went up to accept Christ
