I have had to say this too. People claim that they know her family and they kept her from getting blood. In a life or death situations doctor's do not stop and ask your family for permission to do anything until you are stable. You can be stable and be in critical condition. Besides it would have been Chris who they talk to anyway. Her father said that he would have done anything to save her, so why would he keep her from getting blood. The book is the best place to get the truth.

She was given several blood transfusions. None worked. Selena was D.O.A. upon arrival, but still worked on. The doctor even went as far as to opening up her heart. Sadly, it was blue due to the amount of blood loss.

I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO READ

"Justice for Selena" if you haven't read it as of now. It focuses on the court case, eye witnesses etc. Good read, and the truth.
