Gippal, Baralai, and Nooj, remind me of Laguna, Kiros and Ward from FF8.

And I always found it a bit dissapointing how they hyped up Vegnagun and all it's done is sleep and grumble. At least Sin was on your ass tearin' shit up through the whole game in FFX.
