Goldendoodle from puppy to age 3

Tess is half golden retriever and half mini-poodle: mini goldendoodle. She's a good girl and this is in honor of her third birthday. The iMovie looks much better!

I'm getting a mini golden doodle sometime in the next month, my dad says maybe even two!!! They are just SO adorable :)

@vhou555 There are "mini-goldendoodles" (like Tess) or "goldendoodles" and now they are making them smaller. "Mini's are from 30-45 pds usually." Tess is now 28 pds. at 6 years.

g120426 When she was young she was small enough to squeeze between the deck uprights. Also, I was paranoid about her jumping over the deck rail having read tales of that happening. She doesn't need that any longer, of course. Also, sometimes she had a leash on for walking her.

I think a mini goldendoodle would do OK in an apartment. Tess is 30 pds. I have a fenced in yard and she chooses to come inside rather than be out there by herself. They are very social Doods. I groom her daily and use a great conditioner which has eliminated mats which had been a problem. She does like to exercise so I think the apartment would only work if you could get two good long walks in per day. I do put her on the treadmill sometimes.

I have a golden doodle too! His name is Teddy he is sooo cute! We might get a mini golden doodle for my birthday! Or for the end of summer...
