Badly Animated is a short animated student film directed by Ricky Earl at the Arts University College at Bournemouth (formally the Arts Institute at Bournemouth).
It is a film a set in a knowingly animated world (the characters KNOW they're cartoon characters), and in this world we find a badly animated character who feels alone because of this.
This short making of film shows some of the line tests and concept work that went into the film.
The full film is in the annotations above

@Hypeathon Hello! Thanks for watching! Yeah, in the 3D dancing scene there's a rotoscoped guy second from the right, he's meant to be a parody of the A-Ha video; "Take On Me". But nothing else was rotoscoped.

For the record I wanted to sincerely apologize for assuming that the end result of your work was only 3-D. I didnt realize how much of a "jack-of-all-trades" you are when it comes to animating. Based on what I saw that was claymation, 3-D, and even a couple of different 2-D designs? Just to be sure, was any of this rotoscoped?
