I'm curious to see Vancouver myself. Been living in Toronto for a few years now. It first it was pretty cool, but doesn't even come close to size and scope of New York nor does it have any stylish or aesthetic edge like Montreal does. Everyone looks stressed and hurried all the time. But, it's a nice place and it's in Canada. Can't complain, far from it.

Canada truly leads the world in personal freedoms. I would bet that their neighbour to the south will kick up a stink in the future, if Sarah palin or the like becomes president because they don't like people to be free and happy. Canada the Beautiful!

@lovergurlz10001 Hippies don't live in houses, they live in Vans, they don't need any of that.

Although pot is not technically legal in Canada, we have VERY relaxed laws. Possession under an ounce are only fined around a 100 dollars, similar to a traffic violation. Nearly all first time offenders do not get a criminal record. Most Police around my town don't care about small amount of possession and will usually just confiscate it. As long as your not blowing smoke in peoples faces, smoking pot in your home is generally accepted.
Canada is the new America. Congrats Canada, keep pushing and maybe we'll follow. Freedom spreads faster than oppression.
