  • Love your playing...and your goldtop !

  • Love this riff. This is my favorite tone of yours. Shining clean on the les paul sounds great when you do it.

  • @Barefoot67 Bm, Bm7 C#m7 I think...

  • Hey! Nice riff! whats the name of the song?

can u please tell us whats the length or how many song are gonna be on your new cd?

  • i use that little ditty alot.

  • great riff!

  • Awesome as always, Dave. Thanks!

  • New album....... Go on bring it out for Christmas plsss,Oh! and nice to see the T-Shirt in 'Where the wild things are' The intro music has me curious... off the new album? Great lesson as always.

  • this all could fit into metal, especially prog, you want to have all these different styles and sounds you can pull out for play

  • I like your use of rolls in the riff. I found they're really useful for upper string sweeps, but I love how you applied it to hybrid and finger picking. It's a great technique. Thanks for the lesson.

And I'd like to note from a previous comment from a user asking for more metal riffs, really you can apply any of these riffs to metal by changing the stylistic technique(and desired key), and adding distortion. The beauty of music; the ability to sculpt your own sound.
