The Supreme Evil Overlord Maximus IQ has embarked on a singing career. But to meet his "Standerds" he hypnotises everyone.
Betty is called to stop him, they where almost successfull but Maximus hypnotised her, Sparky and X-5. Betty wakes up and finds herself tied up and her crew hypnotised with the rest of the crowd.
