Hi, got here via the description of the Twin Trading Knife sales. They have one at my local grocery store in the US every couple of months. You described exactly down to the last word the sales pitch. The funny thing is that after the sale people were throwing their credit cards to buy the knives. Do you know if these buyers are plants?

i was watching a couple other videos and they said what you call a sharpener actually is more of a honing device to straighten the very edge of the knife when it gets out of true. the sharpening block actually removes material from the knife giving it a new edge.
