  • How often can you do these? Are they OK to do everyday? or every other day?

  • Now if you PLAYED the theme song to Rocky while demonstrating these exercises it would be even more motivating! Perhaps I'll just start playing that music while trying these moves myself...thx!

  • Wouldn't the inner thigh move just build muscle under a layer of fat?
