ARMA - AC-130U Simulation

For ARMA 1. It used a custom set of scripts to simulate both FLIR and simple individual unit dismemberment, though the base aircraft was a helicopter as you couldn't place traversable turrets on planes due to engine limitations.

Apart from the fact it was for ARMA 1, I stopped working on it and eventually lost the directory that contained the addon years ago. Get "LDL's AC-130" for ARMA 2 instead.

This is for the first Armed Assault and I never managed to finish it. Get "LDL's AC-130" for Armed Assault 2, as it's by far the best AC-130 addon for any game that I've come across.

@mikefictiti0us That mod is, unfortunately, somewhat glitchy, it requires extra cpu power and so can become laggy and frustrating. Also, with OA it uses the new TI which is far to underexposed revealing only heatsources with no visible landscapes or anything else :/ I actually found that this TI-Thermal Imaging from the original arma and Arma2 actually look more realistic. Thanks for the video btw, awesome mod, this looks so real :D is it purely scripted? you should release this on armaholic :)

@CyclonicTuna023 it does! lve seen different footages where it takes even more, it depends on how high the ac is actually. But this is a well done game.
