Only 1 factor really matters...how much money can you spend? Supplements and other special junk vs eat decent and allocate body's adrenaline properly...no comparison. Don't waste the dough. Yeah, I have a degree too. Tons of experience. And solid certifications.

@btownshreds1 no worries, we were just confused and figured that was the case. We do have a video on the Paleo Diet for Athletes and what supplements are helpful if you are interested. Thank you watching.

Paleo rules all. You guys aren't scientists.

@btownshreds1 we actually both have science degrees and we like Paleo or at the very least a Paleo Template. Not sure how you came to the conclusion we were anti-paleo, did you watch the video?

@BestPriceNutrition if your taking a multivitamin would that not be anough to supplement your potential vitamin d deficiency? Obviously grains etc being cut out through paleo will mean you get less vitamin d but do you need a multi and a seperate vit d? thanks, great video

@PTME85 well it depends on a few factors, one how much sunlight do you get (w/o sunblock) also how much vitamin D is in your multi, most are under dosed ( they usually have ~400 IU). So ultimately we would recommend a separate vitamin D supplement. Hope this helps.
