Women born Women

What is it about this whole "women born women" thing that pisses me off so much?

I have had to fight tooth and nail, just like so many other transfolk, to be my true gender... a woman. It's hard to see that there are so many people who are supposed to be on the same side as me who don't seem to accept that, and would exclude me based on my birth sex.

What exactly is it that makes a woman a woman?

I just want to point out how you glossed over the struggles that I go through every day, and even added to them with you uneducated ranting, and then go on to accuse me of not being sympathetic to cis women.

First off, you don't know the first thing about me. I've spend the last several years of my life working full time to prevent sexual assualt and rape in NYC but apparently by suggesting that I've had to fight harder for recognition as a woman than ciswomen is too much.

I've never said that I have it harder or that ciswomen don't have problems and I'm fucking tired of people assuming that is what I'm saying. I've never said that I'm more of a woman than a ciswoman, and accusing me of that without knowing who I am or the causes that I've dedicated is wrong.

Look up RightRides for Womens Safety. Over 5k safe rides home for women via the program I ran for two years. Go on and accuse me of not understanding these problems, but what are YOU doing to solve them?
