A Live performance of George Harrison's "Beware of Darkness" from a 1971 benefit performance for UNICEF called "Concert for Bangladesh". It was the first fund raising concert of this kind. The other singer is Leon Russell. The concert also included Eric, Ringo, Billy Preston, Klaus Voorman, Jesse Ed Davis and others. Beware of Darkness can be found on Georges debut and perhaps most successful album "All Things Must Pass"

I absolutely love George Harrison and this song but when Leon chimes in, I get shivers. Amazing talent..... dreamy too.

~Namaste~ 42 yrs later & there is STILL SO MUCH TRUTH in these lyrics! I've been obsessed with this song during the past yr! I like THIS performance, & I REALLY Like Leon Russell's recording! IT'S STOOD THE TEST OF TIME! Leaders come & go, but their is always SOME corruption! Enlighten yourselves & Beware Of Darkness! ~PEACE ~

Yes, that pretty much says it all. All of these years later we are still celebrating his life and music. It will never go out of style and he will never leave us.
