Hay Katie, great questions.. Im going to try to enter and post a video on this. You look great by they way. Regarding the 5K, they have one going on in Central Park on May 10th. I know its a little earlier than you want but you can so do it. Its called runbabywalk. They have been announcing it all over the radio. Check it out. I might be there too!! They also have one in Oct (Avon Walk)
