  • That black ferret looks suspiciously like a cat....I think its a spy from the cat embassy sent to infiltrate Ferretopia

  • @dizziekittie O-M-G!! Thanks for the tip!

  • Okay. Before you decide to get a ferret, watch a lot of ferret videos on YouTube. You'll learn that they can open doors, climb up the side of a brick wall, and open drawers from the inside. Search on "ferret stealing." Notice that they can steal and hide car keys, passports, wallets, electronic gear, and every sock you own. These are demanding, high-maintenance pets. They don't adapt to you. You adapt to them. Are you prepared to live with that?

  • @tnielsenhayden You are absolutely right. A ferret is NOT a pet to buy on a whim! Besides the things you mentioned, they are VERY social animals and demand a lot of your time. It would be cruel to put them in a cage and leave them there. Food and water IS NOT enough!!

  • @tnielsenhayden When i hold my ferret under the front legs and around the back of the neck do you know why he opens his mouth as wide as he can ? i am thinkin maybe im holding him wrong and hes trying to get more air or something. also, is it normal that a ferret starts to lose hair in the summer i dont know if they molt like other animals ?

  • @OzoneLaiyarr Every spring, the ferret will shed out his fluffy winter coat, and grow a sleeker new one. In the fall, the summer coat is changed for a winter one. Hair loss can, however, be caused by an adrenal tumor. Weight loss, hair loss - especially at the base of the tail, feet and abdomen, and excessive scratching, are often the only early signs of adrenal disease. They may be lethargic, have a loss of appetite, increased thirst and urination. If so, have your vet check your ferret!

  • so cute!!! i liked how the big white one couldn't get on the bed lol i wish i had a huge room where i could make a huge ferretland..that's awesome!

  • @OzoneLaiyarr when you scruff the back of their neck, it relaxes them or something and they all yawn :) it's cute. good to do when you need them to stay still and clean their ears or something. if you see patches of no hair, it might have adrenal...hopefully it's just shedding :)

  • The goal of a ferret's life is to have fun. They are like kittens that never grow up! Best pets EVER!

  • My ferret always stole spoons and the remote control! Anything they like they will horde so you better know their hiding spot!

  • :3

  • For some reason all of those ferrets combined with that music reminds me of the anime program Hamtaro!

  • They look like happy little fuzzies. Very cute.

  • scarey yokes

  • @awkfleabag yeah but too bad there are people out there who do keep them in a cage 24/7. I was gonna buy a somewhat older pair before i got my two little ones. The lady she didnt have "enough" time for them. but she never contacted us back :( i feel sorry for those two :(
