Very reminiscent of John Lennon's "Imagine". In fact, Ozzy Osbourne has, himself, stated that "Dreamer" is his tribute to John Lennon and to all that he has taught to him about music. It's a really nice song.

Personally, I'm not really feeling this song. I wouldn't dislike it because I love Ozzy, but this song is just so mushy. Right now I'm really into "nihilistic ecstasy" like Led Zepplin's song Kashmir. I wish Ozzy had made this song more poignant, beautiful, heartbreaking, ecstatic... it's a good theme, but it needs more.
