Beautiful Trance Oh, Oh, oh
-
Thanks!
-
Particle accelerator? I dont know ;)
-
OK the spdif I/O what I'm actually using for sample transfer if You find a better and faster way just let me know ;)
-
nope sure dont mean resampling! and there is always more than one solution
-
You mean resampling ?
Actually there is the only one solution.

Who said anything about SDS?! I just use the audio file and rout the audio out. Ok, it may not be the best option when you look at the specs, but it works good enough, and wont break the bank! No worse than using a VST
-
Midi SDS is slow as hell for sample transfer, than its even better if You send it via spdif coax or optical (its at least realtime).
A simple SD card could write around 2.5 Mbps, SM is a lot slower (780-850 Kbps).
Best trance... looks like another Tiesto's

Very nice track.
Why dont You made the whole song inside the 909 ?
I like the re-samplig function a lot! (more poly)
The only problem is the whole ram access via usb.
I can handle only 16 MB part of it (272)
Do You know any solution ?

Thanks for comment. I use 909 only for composing because it lacks eq and compression on every track ; 16MB is 909's internal memory wich You can expand using 256 of DIMM RAM .But if You turn 909 off, then all data will be lost. To store samples You need Smart Media card ( f.e. 256 mb ). So, with 256 MB of ram You can sample, but You can't store it. Cheers from Poland!!!

triggered from?

Partly from mc-909 ( beats and piano ). Rest was sequenced and recorded with Sonar Le. There's some eq and compression on the tracks.
An1x -arpeggios and voices at the beginning
mc-909 - drums and piano
Blofeld - strings, background
