there really isn't a way to make videos load faster. there is some stuff you can do tho.
make sure internet hungry applications are all closed (msn, torrents, downloads, ect) its like you have a pie and every thing you use takes a piece away. the pie is your internet and the peices are, youtube, msn and downloads. if you use up the pie, you will have very slow internet. so put some of the peices back and it will be faster. if you need more info just PM me

We just moved and we had Road Runner Cable and it worked. This net is super choppy, works great when it works but bad when it doesn't. And every once in a while I have to renew my IP to reconect.
