great videos my question is how do you go back and correct theese cotracts that youve singed? not knowing that youve blindly surrendered your rights

It's a very uphill battle to cure defects, aka "correct your errors." Very hard. However, see my other comment under another video referencing the difference between "signature" and "handwriting." They are defined differently in law. Hint: It's not your "signature" unless you affirm that it is. Many people have used this tactic, under the right conditions, very successfully.

(lol...the "comment under another video" is actually below, sorry bout that). And for the record, I have used the "signature" stance on two different occasions successfully.

Thank you... that is good information. I know of someone that uses there name (signature) in all caps...(look at your drivers license full name in caps... right?)He trade marked his name (all caps) and will not allow a police officer to print that on a ticket... warning them that it is a registered trade mark.. Lots to learn about what they are doing to us!

Yes. I remain open to this tactic, I've both heard of it working, and not. Please don't anyone go into court addressing the "all caps" issue THERE, you will be labeled incompetent and mentally unstable. It DOES have some validity; keep in mind, "handwriting" and "signature" are two different things. Your signature is only your signature when you SAY it is. The all-caps issue also goes to our corporate status, and the my opinion; the theory may be accurate. However, I do not use it in my remedy.
