Alice in Wonderland Hidden Messages

Alice Kingsleigh (Mia Wasikowska) is the daughter of Charles Kingsleigh (Marton Csokas), a wealthy man who planned to find profitable shipping routes through the world in the 19th century. However, many years afterward, Charles has passed away, and Alice misses his playful attitude.

@TheShatteredDusk I completely agree. Don't forget to mention that around the time this movie came out... most people didn't know the harm of smoking and most mothers did, in the home, with their children. We're all fine.

Also, and I could be wrong, I've read somewhere that Lewis Carol (the guy who wrote the books... there's two (Alice in Wonderland and then Through the Looking glass) had admitted to get 99% of inspiration from LSD... not opium. I'm 99% sure it was LSD. :)

Okay, people that go on about Alice in Wonderland piss me off.

So, the guy who wrote the book (YES, There is a book. Now how about one of you illiterates go and read it) was most likely on a drug (I think it was opium). The book is literary artwork (why else would it be a classic?), It's different, and the 'drug reference' in the movie (I'm talking about the caterpillar) has not affected one single child (that I know of). So shut your mouth, and read something for a change.
