Pat Robertson is a Fucktard (FULL)

Pat Robertson is one mainstream Evangelical that I absolutely can't stand. While Fred Phelps may rank high for his bigotry and literal brainwashing of children, Robertson tops it off with his insane hateful and derogatory claims of why disaster's befall anyone, and praying for the death of someone he disagrees with.

He sincerely believes that any hardship we come across is because that a larger entity is pissed off that our archaic ancestors sinned in the past and therefore any kind of beauty, serenity, or safety that we could ever wish for is not brought to us. Many Christians also share this view, though not all do. But even those that do not share his sentiments do not speak up against his insane and inane comments, leaving it to those not of the Christian faith to point this out.

A common 'defense' against the unveiling of Robertson's stupidity and inflammatory speech is often "Oh no no no! We don't agree with him! Don't lump us together!"

Well then why the hell don't you STAND UP AND SPEAK OUT AGAINST HIM?! Why? You honestly agree with him. Not his methods, but you don't want to say that, because it makes you look bad. So you keep your mouth shut over the entire thing.

Yet when Muslims call for "Death to those that Insult Islam," you cry out. When you hear Atheists say that your religion is nothing but a collection of old parables with very faint traces of history, you cry out. But when a Christian prays for the death of someone that that one Christian may disagree with, you don't do a damned thing. How fucking hypocritical are you Christians?

If I disagree with something an Atheist says I will speak out against it. If I disagree with anyone, I will speak my mind. I don't care if they share my lack of belief or not, you can't just shrug off inflammatory and rage-inducing speech like what Robertson spouts all the time. Because there are people that DO believe him and DO agree with what he says.

And it scares me shitless.
