Miley Cyrus is a faker. Sure, she get s her living by pretending to be someone else, but the excuse they gave for the body double was that she need more time to change. What they've failed to mention is that after We Got The Party the Jonas Brothers performed two more songs. She had plenty of time to change and if she didn't, they could have easily given JB one more song.

I paid face value for my ticket. My problem is not the amount of money that was paid for the ticket, rather the fact the double was absolutely unnecessary.

The reason she changed is because this is the show they were filming the movie! The movie had to be a certain time and she didn't want the JB to have to play another song and take up time in the movie! Thats why she had the double. This is the show they filmed the movie at. Because you can see her be taken behind a blanket in the movie "Best of Both Worlds Concert" I'm pretty sure that' why she changed!:)
