Sweatshop Basquiat is the latest video from the debut album by X-Vandals "The War Of Art". The video was directed by Omar and was shot in Long Island CIty, Queens, NY at the world famous 5 Pointz. The 5 Pointz is an old warehouse and artists studio that allows graffiti artists to work without the usual legal repercussions that come with being a graffiti artist.
The Sweatshop Basquiat video is an homage to the early daze of graffiti and features graffiti artist icons Jean-Michel Basquiat and LEE from such classic downtown NYC 80's films as Downtown 81 and Wildstyle.
