Consists of footage from Intikana's solo Hip-Hop Theater production entitled Penumbra.
PENUMBRA (a shadow of a shadow) is a one man Hip-Hop musical that autobiographically illustrates the life of a young Boricua named Anthony who grows up in the Bronx and powerfully confronts issues concerning family, social injustice, and self-identity. This multimedia performance utilizes elements of Hip-Hop, Spoken Word, Theater, Film, and Photography to journey through stories that speak on a son trying to rekindle a lost relationship with his father, while seeking to reclaim his ancient Taino heritage. [The Last Puerto Rican Indian T-Shirt by Bobby Gonzalez]
Was fortunate enough to see last show at the Fringe a few hours ago. Great work. Wished girlfriend story line would have been developed a bit more, and annunciation fine-tuned a tad, but overall, profound material. Hope tour goes well.

Fascious,
I got an email here in Washington DC about your show (from the New York Hip Hop Theatre Festival) and saw that you were being billed...had to come check out the trailer, and will now be making my way up to see you in this show. I am proud of you, and cannot wait to see this marvel.
See you soon,

Hola, Hermano. Congratulations on the outstanding performance piece. I'd appreciate it if you would kindly credit me as the poet who inspired the quote on the tee shirt.
Good luck in your endeavors.
