How to make one kind of Masala Tea according to Ayurvedic tradition.
teaspoon of grated ginger/3-5 slices of ginger root
a pinch of cinnamon
3-5 allspice seeds
1-2 teaspoons of green tea
4-5 seeds of green cardamom seeds (crashed- optional)
3-4 cloves
1 nutmeg(grated pinch -optional)
2 1/2 cups of boiled water
brew for 15-20 minutes
milk, honey, sugar( to your taste)
