Okay, okay okay! Except, I'm not sure I understand the Ning technology well enough to make good use of it.... maybe a tutorial next week for those of us who aren't sure what the ning can offer and how to use it well??? I'm not a Luddite, I just don't know what the you-know-where I'm doing. :-)

I dare anyone to live in a Snow Belt area and not feel depressed or eat too much during the winter months. However the signs of spring are starting to show themselves and I for one am starting to feel better about myself and how I look. So its time to get started again.
