In the years since humans have sent up rockets into orbit, space junk by the 10s of 1000s now also orbits our planet and China is by far the biggest contributer.

  • Should be tens of 1000s of turds by now for sure. Do they burn up in the attmosphere? We could literally have SHIT falling on us from space. LOL

  • Did you film this from your T.V.? You need to get another television.

  • I know, it's bad isn't it. I did actually. These days I have upgraded to a new plasma. I will not be recording directly from the TV ever again. It was just an opportunistic thing....i was watching TV...I had a camera nearby...thought it was interesting...you know.

  • @sickwiththetruth yes I do now. it's a plasma. I'm doing my bit for the planet. At least it's not orbiting the globe.

  • Neil armstrongs 40 year old turds are orbiting earth. Wow earth truely is the ghetto of the universe. I wonder if this junk effects global warming or cooling. I mean that much junk is blocking sunlight surely.

  • Hey syd since its been 2 years ago that I made that comment....... Never say never my friend....anything is possible....if these things all burn up before they reach earth , why are they so concerned with the Russian sat that has dangerous fuel that could poison the masses if it falls from orbit????? They can reach earth....and they have previously in the past do ya research....stop trying to be Mr know it all....go back to picking ya nose and being oblivious to facts....

  • @TriphopJunkie Really? You know that for a fact how? Most all of this stuff is very small, and none of it is thermally-shielded because it's not designed for re-entry. I can assure you almost none of it will EVER survive re-entry and reach the Earth. Remember the Columbia? It disintegrated during re-entry because only a couple of its thermal-tiles were damaged. Most of the pieces of this HUGE, thermally shielded craft, designed for re-entry, never even hit the ground.

  • @thylicine Wow... Just wow... "blocking sunligh surely"? Do you have ANY idea what you're talking about? You realize all of this stuf is WAY smaller than this bad representation makes it look right? At any given time, there are at least 20,000 airplanes flying in the sky. Most all of these planes are bigger than the stuff in-orbit, AND are much closer (less spread-out). Obviously planes don't block-out any significant amount of sunlight, and there are more of them AND they are bigger.

  • @61miroman Do you know how-much of those trace-ellements exist NATURALLY in our air and soil? WAY more than could ever be effected by the TINY amount of trace-ellements our disintegrating satellites contribute. Do you SERIOUSLY think the tiny amount of "pollution" caused by disintegrating satellites can even hold-a-candle to the amount of pollution caused by other things? How about that car YOU drive, or the pollution created by manufacturing that keyboard you're using right now? Please, THINK!

  • The lack of intelligence of the human race makes me sad. You people realize that this is ONLY A REPRESENTATION right? The debris/satellites aren't actually that big. If the representation were done to-scale, the stuff would be too small to see. Look at videos and pictures from space missions, do you see ANY of this stuff? No, because it's WAY smaller and very spread-out. People, please learn about things before you start freaking-out.

  • @thylicine lol this is all bullshit. Every photographed picture of earth looks nothing like that. Every picture is animated which leaves me to believe this is just a ton of shit the media uses to keep people watching their programs.

  • 1:01 it poses little or no risk??? What happens to metal when u burn it??? It vaporizes when it re-enters the atmosphere. No no no the litle molcules float down to the top soil where we grow vedgetables for our consumption. Cobalt Barilium Lead Copper Mercury and others. The particles float down for years and years finaly they get caught in rain clouds and mix with the water that we drink. MMMMMM jumjumjum.

  • in the bible it is said that the corruption of men on earth will reach the heavens

  • End is near! I so love it! Still a fulfilment of prophecy. Hahaha

  • @iminyourbasement That's a good mathematical proof, right there. Mr person on Youtube, I now believe you over the qualified experts who have dedicated their lives to the study of human space travel.
