i think i just talked to you on the phone about my trailblazer , great product preview , Can't wait to get one in May
so how much better amperage and voltage can I get by having this external/remote rectifier?
I have an ad244 145 amp alternator on a chevy 1996 v8 and as it my alternator gets hot so is the voltage and I assume the current too.
what are my true benifits of this external rectifier/

you don't gain any voltage or amperage from your alternator's rating, but it would help with the heat issue which would let more of the current being generated by the alternator pass through to your system, giving you closer to the 145 amps your alternator is rated at.
