Me pregunto porke la gente que deja su opinion aki es tan ignorante. Senores nuestra cultura y raza es muy mixta y hay de todo un poco. No se porque le da verguenza de que una gran parte sea negra. Dejen esa ignorancia que sin la raza negra no hubiera tanta alegria en america latina. Dominicano hasta la tambora y orgulloso de ser negro. Quiero a todo los dominicanos sean blancos, negros y indios. Dejen la ignorancia y trabajemos todos para que nuestra isla tan bonita progrese.

Manzanita please send me some of your photos so I can remake the video and replace the ugly photos with yours. What you wanted to see was a video about your town where there is no poverty where there are only beautiful people and where there are no people of color but the reality is that not all of the Dominican Republic is like your town. I can make a video of your town but then I would have to change the title of the video and it'll no longer be called Quisqueya La Bella.

Ahh now I understand! That's what you think of my country ... So, if you think that, why do you use my national anthem? Why you dont use another music to ridicule my nation? I dont hate my country ... I love my country (with its good and bad things) and that bothers me too much than A GUY using so ugly pictures for to talk about my country and using a music as wonderful as it is my national anthem!

Actually there are no ugly pics of ugly places in this video. If you are really Dominican I don't think you would be hating on your own country. If you think you could do a better job then I would love to see your video version of what you think about the Dominican Republic.
