McCain has a really good plan.
If we cut the gas tax, then we will get all the "Bridges to Nowhere" we will ever need, for free, as they all collapse due to lack of maintenance.

The Federal government doesn't need taxes anymore. They borrow and spend as much as they want now.
If they had to live on taxes, they wouldn't be able to afford to have the world's largest military bogged down in two quagmires.

yea, where is the money for the highway fun going to come from. At this point its going to be millions in the red this year and next years, even with out the Gas Tax Holiday. Also the peak summer driving is almost over. The price of gas is starting to come down a bit and yea it still sucks but the the GTH would not help at all. Big Oil would bring the price up to get more money and we all know it.

With housing construction already shut down, McCain would remove the source of funding for highway work and shut down the one segment of the construction industry that isn't already out of work, never mind that what he's proposing has been tried before, and failed to reduce fuel prices at the pump. It did, however, increase Big Oil profits.

I only voted 5 stars on this video because I want people to see McCain talk. The more people that actually hear this idiot talk, the less supporters he'll have. That's why he only talks in town halls with a handfull of people.
