Folks, if you know BB I don't have to tell, licking the floor... if you don't know, this is the end of a workout w/pullups, rows, bicep curls, it's killer for an hour.. u can tell by the sweat... I used Tony Horton's weights he does 8 in each set, I did 10... enough.. from now on i'll do some adjustment.. 10 is more than what I need.. and it seems I get too tired and my right hand suffers serious grip problems, and I try to compensate w/my right shoulder... biceps can pull but grip says no... Anyways, hope it helps.. NOW YOU BRING IT!

    this exercise is the last set of a 24 set workout.

  • You're using motion and back and hardly working your biceps. Kinda defeats the point. Reduce the weights to get a better bicep workout.

  • @bludwork i got to this point and moved forward with these worse workouts.. i have only benefited from these wrong styles.. there have been many saying stuff like these, but I keep on doing it.. some notice the progress, I do, too : )

  • everyone needs to stop commenting about how bad he is doing curls. What everyone needs to do is see the results he got. Also get off your asses and go do a workout.

  • Hi from Turkey today i saw your Video Doruk . my opinion about your first biceps exercise this exercise not only focusing biceps area ( as you can see also focusing shoulder or also works shoulder muscles) . im iving the Turkey and im interesting weightraining nearly 11 years ago Doruk. there is a only one biceps exercise which focusing biceps area (preacher curl). My English not so perfect Doruk thanks for the listening my views about your video.

  • there is no shame in dropping weight to correct your form, otherwise u seem to be in good shape
