  • I only ask that because we are seeinghere that houses that are heading to mortgagee sales are being snapped up by groups from china. Our forclosure rate is not as high as in the states or parts of europe. However it has the potential for take over by stelth.

  • no and we don't want to go there. If Mexico would remove their limitations on land ownership they would have a booming economy as a result. Controlling or nationalizing private ownership is not a solution. Without the ability to own property unrestrained the system will collapse. We must let the excess consumption play itself out. Please no state intervention.
