@blfrd your kidding ... he is the most intelligent person the world has in the music industry...

They havent figured out what to do in the past 20 years in the industry, what makes you think theyll know what to do in the future? The industry blows. You want good music, check Indie. Thats where the good stuff is. Mainstream has been and will be cr@p.

Some of these comments are the joke... 'afraid'... the guys shirt probably cost more than most people spend on clothing in a year... he's in a different world to the sneering commentator haters... or rather a different league... major!

Is it my impression or this guy's just another shark in denial about the changes of today? Unwilling to accept that they (record companies) lost the plot and that they will regain control over what people think or what they THINK people want.
Boy, this guy is afraid. He doesn't know where the industry is going? Well, if you have no plan, you have no control.
A magazine with Gwen Stefani. Clubs with the Pussycat Dolls.
How pathetic.
You can literally hear the doubt in his voice.....

@blfrd You're absolutely right, he's lost. I run an indie record label and I can tell you for sure "nobody" knows the new business model. It may just be kludged together from a vast array of things and maybe there won't be a system like there was but many systems - which is what there is today.
