I 100% agree with you. I was not saying that punchline sounds anything like fob. Just that this song sounds like it could have been written for fob. Punchline is a band for the fob fans to move to after they hit puberty, and realize that music played by talented musicians is better music.

don't get me wrong, fall out boy used to be really good and original, but ever since then they have become corporate sell outs who's songs all sound the exact same. (meaning shitty) All I am saying is that it is good to hear a fall out boy type song actually sound good when done by a good band.

Uhm not to sound like a dick but I just can't see where Punchline sounds anywhere near similar to Fall Out Boy. Mind you I actually used to like FOB, I still like their older stuff, I even somewhat enjoyed "from under the cork tree" but I can't hear anything similar to FOB within Punchlines music and in my opinion Punchline is beyond better than FOB, Punchline is tremendously better than FOB.
