There is that scientific explanation which I think is valid. The strange part is that all over the world, people from different cultures and beliefs experience the old hag. Why is that? I've had her visit me, yelling at me in a language that sounded Eastern European. She's horrid.

@AllThatKazz I  believe there is a chance that it can all be put down to a scientific explanation, such as brain activity. What I do not understand is the bruise marks around my neck. I also doubt that every single person is suffering from a hallucination and or over active imagination. Surly not every experience is simply scientifc?

i find everything impossible but me, i found a solution! i've tried to induce sleep paralysis for lucid dreaming and encountered these scary beings, i was scared, until i learned about astral projection(look it up) IN THE END U CAN SEPARATE FROM UR BODY IN SLEEP PARALYSIS, FOSTER THT HATRED, U CAN GIVE THT BEING HELL

@InDeAskY1 I pray every night, but sometimes Incubus still slithers under my covers & holds my arms down. I felt the weight of it pinning me down. It happened 2 nights ago but it had been a while between attacks. I felt the covers being pulled off me. I really did try 2 resist this time but it only got angry & forced my legs open. I tried so hard 2 close them but I couldn't. I know because the next morning, my inner thighs were very sore 4 no reason. I couldn't yell 4 help. Weird but true.

I had similar experiences with Incubus for 3 years now. It's torture. How can you fight off an invisible demon? It can touch you but you can't touch it.

Man, I'm 27 years old and I couldn't watch it, I stopped at 1:40, I'l try again later, the reason is that I'm experiencing sleep paralysis since 3 days, never had it b4, it getting each time worse and longer with scary presence(s)... last night, it occurred twice and couldn't go back to sleep after the 2nd, can u tell me something b4 I try to watch your video again....? ty
